St John's and Montreal
I visited St. John's and Montreal in late July 2004. St. John's is the capital of Newfounland and has a busy port. Its also has packed bars full of live music as well as great outdoor sports opportunities. Montreal is charming. But somehow I saw the comic face of the city. Right from people trying to jump out of windows, to shoes made of flower, to a traffic stop signal with only one (potent) finger in the hand. Well, the biggest joke was on me: I lost almost all my pictures of Montreal except that of the rainy first day I spent there.
