Pilatus
This is a day-hike I did with Vishy (Vishwambhar Rathi) on one fine day in Autumn 2003. We climbed around 1700 metres from Alpnachstad to the peak of Mount Pilatus (near Lucerne/Luzern). This is one of my hikes with the highest altitude difference, and definitely the steepest. But the view from the top and the realization that we scaled all that altitude, is really exhilarating.
